Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Semi Professional Wrestling Players. Both male and female. Age group 18 to 24 years. Participants who are willing to Participate. Participants Fulfilling PAR Q+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of systemic illness. Any recent surgical and medical history. Any type of acute injuries. Psychologically unstable.
