Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 60 years both male and female BMI more than 25 g/m2 coming to outpatient department at tertiary care centers Normal healthy subjects and subjects suffering from any chronic stable co-morbid condition (heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, Chronic Liver Disease etc) with Functional decline or limitation Unintentional weight loss Depressive mood Cognitive impairment Repeated falls Malnutrition SARC-F equal to or more than 4 or SARC-CalF equal to or more than 11
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bed-ridden subjects due to anticipated problems in workup 2. Pregnant and lactating females 3. Acutely ill subjects 4. Patients admitted to ICU 5. Subjects with contraindication for MRI 6. Malignancy
