Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18 to 50 years old. Male and Female patients with Acne scars grading 2, 3 and 4 according to Goodman and Barons qualitative scarring grading system were included. Patients with acne scars on both the sides of face.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or nursing women Those taking systemic chemotherapy,anticoagulant therapy or anti platelet Those on steroidal treatment for acne Those with a history of hypertrophic scars or keloids
