Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of pain,discharge(blood or pus),abscess at the site of Bhagandara 2.Tender or non-tender 3.Patients having pruritus or without it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic infectious diseases 2.Allergic to sulphur and arsenic 3.Malignancy, T.B 4.IBD,Pregnant women,Incontinence of stool 5.Fistula connected to urethra and vagina
