Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refusal 2.Body mass index more than 35 kg per meter square 3.Burns contracture 4.Oral malignancies 5.Large neck masses
