Intervention1: Yoga intervention: Yoga intervention for 4 weeks, 3 sessions per week of 40-45 minutes

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with a score of more than or equal to 4 on the SARC-F scale Individuals ambulating independently with or without walking aids Individuals with corrected vision Individuals with or without comorbidities like diabetes mellitus hypertension etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with mini mental examination score less than or equal to 24 Subjects with geriatric depression scale score more than or equal to 5 Subjects with condition resulting in lack of muscle strength like rheumatoid arthritis Any neuromusculuskeletal conditions or surgeries that affects balance like stroke parkinsons etc Subjects that are unable to perform yoga due to conditions like severe osteoporosis uncontrolled hypertension etc
