Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All haemodynamically stable neonates with gestational age less than 35 weeks requiring PRBC transfusion and tolerating oral feeds
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Major congenital anomalies Confirmed NEC before enrolment IVH grade III or more Cutaneous disease that prevents probe placement
