Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Females aged 50 to 70 years 2.Radiologic changes in the knee on X-ray, classified as Kellgren-Lawrence grade I, II and III 3.Able and willing to participate and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Radiologic changes in the knee on X-ray, classified as Kellgren-Lawrence grade IV 2.Diagnosed cases of tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis 3.Patients under NSAID-s for the past six months 4.H/O any knee surgery, acute inflammation, trauma or fractures to the knee joints in the last six months. 5.Use of calcium supplements 6.Patients underwent Collagen therapy
