Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18 years to 65years (American society of anaesthesiologist grading I, II, III) to be taken for Oral cancers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to participate in the study 2. Patients with score >3 (NRS 2002) 3. BMI or equal to 30 kg/m2 4. Recurrent oral cancer, metastasis 5. Patients with preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy, diabetes mellitus, haematological disease, psychiatric illness, systemic inflammation, immune-modulatory therapy, those with increased risk of gastric aspiration. 6. Patients in whom perioperative albumin supplementation is expected 7. Patients who have had blood transfusion in last 15 days 8. Patient with nil mouth opening 9. Patients with deranged LFT
