Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from symptoms of Sandhigatvata such as Sandhishool,Prasaran Aakunchan Veadana,Sandhi Aatop , Vatpurnadrutisparsh,Sandhishoth 2.Patients having atleast 3 to 4 above mentioned symptoms 3.Pain in affected Knee Joint more than six months 4.Patient of irrespective gender and between age group 30 to 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any surgical/diagnostic intervention with reference to affected joints of sandhigatavata [trauma on knee joint] 2.Patients who are incapacited bedridden or confined to a wheelchair. 3.Patients having any deformity of knee. 4.Janusandhi associated with simple or compound fracture. 5.Disease like Aamavta,Vatarakta 6.Patients on steroid therapy. 7.Patient undergone knee surgery.
