Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lumbar Disc Prolapse With Sciatica Not Improved After Conservative Treatment For Atleast 4 To 6 Weeks With MRI And Clinical Evidence Of Disc Herniation. Progressive Neurological Deficit And Clinical Symptoms Inspite Of Conservative Management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disc Prolapse Associated With Scoliosis And Other Congenital Deformities Of Spine Spinal Malignancy Active Infection Spinal Canal Stenosis Not Due To Disc Herniation Acute Traumatic Spinal Injury
