Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: both male and female will be recruited aged 18 to 45 years pain duration at least 6 weeks or more pain intensity score 3 or above on VAS scale at cervicothoracic region participants willing to participate and provide duly signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of trapezius muscle pain cervical and shoulder pain presence of inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis ankylosing spondylitis presence of any skill condition involving cervical and thoracic region history of chronic pain such as fibromyalgia history of psychiatric condition that might influence study requirements
