Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur horse riders Only male participants Age group 18 to 24 years Participants who are willing to participate Participants fulfilling PAR Q+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of systemic illness. Any recent surgical and medical history. Any type of acute injuries
