Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of migraine confirmed by a neurologist. (2) Diagnosis made according to beta version of third edition International Classification of Headache Disorders [1] and (3) frequency of migraine of at least 3 days of pain per month.(4) Men and women with no history of headache were recruited from universities and local community to participate in the control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) other primary or secondary headache diagnosis. (2) History of overuse of headache medications according to International Classification of Headache Disorders recommendations. [1] (3) History of head/ neck trauma. (4) Current pregnancy. (5) History of cancer. (6) Use of anesthetic block within past 3 months (7) history of cervical disc herniation (8) spinal articular degenerative disease. (9) Any musculoskeletal injury or trauma affect core muscles in past 6 months as confirmed by medical records from hospital/ participants reports.
