Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dysuria i.e., any of the following: Cloudy, bloody, or strong-smelling urine or Fever with chills Burning micturition Increase urgency Pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require acute medical care. 2. Patients having Multiorgan and multi-systemic involvement 3. Patients with known nephropathy involvement or polycystic kidney disease, Patients on permanent renal replacement therapy . CKD. 4. Patients with a history of kidney transplantation, Renal abscess, Suspicion or evidence of any metastatic infectious foci, etc. 5. History of urinary tract surgery, Pregnant women. 6. Complete, permanent obstruction of the urinary tract.
