Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: american urology association symtom score range:1-19 (mild to Moderate), Male subjects aged 40 to 70 years, Enlargement of median and lateral lobes of prostate- USG finding, Post void retention of urine less than 100ml, normal PSA level as per age range, subjects willing to participate in the study and ready to sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Higher PSA level to respective age range, Post void retention of urine more than 100ml, on other medicines for BPH, American urology association symptom score:20 and above, patients with Hematuria, Catheterized patients, Bed ridden or non ambulatory subjects
