Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children between one month to 12 years of age 2. On mechanical ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children intubated for upper airway obstruction. 2. Chronic lung disease. 3. Children with air leak syndrome. 4. Moribund child.
