Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients giving consent and maintaining follow-up. 2 Peri and post-menopausal patients with elevated ALT and AST levels. 3 Peri and post-menopausal patients elevated FSH levels. 4 Peri and post-menopausal patients aged 40 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who do not provide consent or fail to maintain follow-up. 2 Peri and post-menopausal patients with hepatitis B or C. 3 Peri and post-menopausal patients with liver cirrhosis. 4 Patients having known adverse drug reactions.
