Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute ischaemic strokes presenting within 7 days of onset with MRI evidence showing evidence of stroke. NIHSS score ranging between 4 and 23
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Haemorrhagic Strokes Recurrent CVA Patients with active epilepsy Patients with cardiac Pacemakers Patients unwilling to participate
