Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with symptoms of Carpal tunnel syndrome (positive Tinel sign and Phalen s test). 2.Participants who are in the age group between 30 to 60 years of both sex.[25] 3.Patients who are not under homoeopathic treatment for last 6weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy (Symptoms of CTS are common in the latter months of pregnancy, probably because of rising tissue pressures due to fluid retention. In the majority of instances, the symptoms promptly resolve with delivery). 2.Similar symptoms produced by other diseases such as diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, cervical spondylosis. 3.Patients taking allopathic medicines are directly or indirectly related to CTS for last 6 weeks. 4.Patients who had previously undergone carpal tunnel release surgery. 5.If there is history of previous injuries on wrist including fractures. 6.Patients who have developed severe complication of CTS.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Primary outcome- BCTQ score to assess the improvement in signs and symptoms of CTS. Timepoint: At baseline every 4 weeks, for 3month

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome- EQ-5D-5L questionnaire score for assessment of quality of life. Timepoint: At baseline every 4 weeks, for 3month
