Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Individual not having history of tambula sevana 2. Individual having age group between 20 to 50 years 3. Individual will be selected irrespective of sex and religion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having symptoms such as Raktapitta Khsatakhsin Trushna Murccha Ruksha Dhurbal history of Tambula chewer containing khadir and lime Tobacco chewer Patinet having pittaj vyadhi and mouth ulcer
