Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Semi-Professional Rifle Shooters. Both Male & Female Participants. Age Group 18 to 24 years. Participants who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of systemic illness. Any Recent Surgical and Medical History. Any type of acute injuries Participants on any type of Personal Training methods
