Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 13-30 years of age from both the gender, Patients with necrotic immature teeth exhibiting radiographic evidence of open apex without periapical pathology or periapical pathology less than or equal to 10mm Patients willing for voluntary participation & have signed informed consent, Patients with good oral hygiene, Systemically healthy patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are allergic to Ciprofloxacin, Metronidazole or Minocycline,Patient with known systemic diseases, Teeth not conducive for rubber dam isolation, Grossly decayed or fractured teeth, Teeth with periapical radiolucency greater than 10mm,Teeth with internal or External root resorption, Periodontally compromised teeth, Patients with bleeding disorders, Pregnant women, in view of requirements for radiograph

MeasureTime frame
asymptomatic teeth with increase in root length, dentin wall thickness and narrowing of canal space using digital radigraphyTimepoint: 3,6,12,18 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
apical closure and reduction in volume of peripaical lesion will be assessed using CBCTTimepoint: 18 months
