Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this study will be to compare carotid FTc as determined by Doppler ultrasound versus DVpeak for fluid responsiveness in spontaneously br eathing patients as a predictor of fluid responsiveness in spontaneously breathing patients after abdominal oncosurgery. Timepoint: The aim of this study will be to compare carotid FTc as determined by Doppler ultrasound versus DVpeak for fluid responsiveness in spontaneously br eathing patients as a predictor of fluid responsiveness in spontaneously breathing patients after abdominal oncosurgery. TO BE ASSESSED FROM POST OPERATIVE DAY-0 TILL ICU DISCHARGE

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in Heart rate, mean arterial pressure, Systolic blood pressure, Diastolic blood pressure and respiratory rate will be notedTimepoint: Postoperative period
