Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pateints with ASA GRADE I OR II undergoing lower abdomen or lower limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pt refusal, ASA III, ASA IV, active fungal infection, sepsis, severe mitral stenosis, severe aortic stenosis, shock, demyelinating lesions, left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, pregnancy, lactating women, failure of sub arachnoid block

Onset of sensory blockade ( T10) Timepoint: every 1 min till first 5 min, every 5 min till first 30 mins, then every 15 mins till end of surgery

Onset of motor blockade ( bromage 1) Maximum level of sensory blockade attained and the time taken for the same. Maximum level of motor blockade attained and time taken for the same.
