Interventions

Intervention1: Aqua Therapy Mobilization: Aqua theapay with Frequency- 5/1 week.Speed - 2 km/hr to 5km/hr.Treatment duration 10 mins will be given along with conventional physiotherapy versus Mobi

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age- aged between 45-60 years. 2.Diagnosis- Clinically diagnosed OA knee. 3.Ranging from Grade 1-2 (Kellgren-Lawrence grading system) 4.Functional Impairment- Functional limitations related to OA knee. (measured using WOMAC index) 5.Pain- Moderate to severe pain (using VAS scale) 6.Patients who are capable to follow 4 weeks treatment. 7. patient who are willing to take physiotherapy treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent Knee surgery 2. Pregnancy 3. Patients who are already taking anti-inflammatory medicines for OA knee. 4. Psychologically unstable patients. 5. Patients with Hypertension
