Inclusion criteria: Patients having positive SLR test Patient presenting with symptoms of gridhrasi sciatica as per designed protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 15year and above 60 year T B of spine and hip joint Malignancy of spine or other organs Fracture related to spine Osteoporosis Cardiac disease Pregnant women & lactating Mother Other systemic diseases and metabolic disorders Patients contraindicated for Basti in classics
