Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed to be suffering from diabetes mellitus based on laboratory examination. 2. Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with HbA1C levels between 7.5% and 12%. 3. Patients who are taking any other mode of treatment, like Allopathic, Ayurvedic, Unani medical treatment or physical therapy for diabetes mellitus, will be included. 4. Patients willing to give informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious comorbid conditions like uncontrolled hypertension, heart failure, heart transplant, angina in the past 12 months, implanted heart device, uncontrolled asthma, stroke or seizure in the past 12 months. 2. Patients with serious psychiatric disorders like panic attacks, suicidality, Alzheimer s, Schizophrenia. 3. Patients with bone or joint problems limiting their ability to exercise, BMI greater tha 42 kg/m2, pregnancy or planned pregnancy.
