Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who engage in less than 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. Participants must provide written informed consent to participate in the study. Those who are on antihypertensive medication must have been on a stable dose for at least 4 weeks prior to enrolment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of severe cardiovascular diseases (e.g., myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure) or uncontrolled arrhythmias. Participants with chronic kidney disease or other significant renal disorders. Presence of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or other significant endocrine disorders that could affect RAAS. Conditions that could limit participation in water-based exercises (e.g., severe arthritis, neurological disorders). Pregnant or lactating individuals. Participants who have engaged in any structured exercise program within the last 3 months. Individuals with a history of substance abuse that could affect the outcomes. Recent changes in medication that could influence RAAS, including corticosteroids or diuretics.
