Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Females of age group between 40-50 years 2.Females diagnosed to have peri-menopausal symptoms according to Greene Climacteric Scale with score above 20 3.Subjects who are competent and willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Females of age group below 40years and above 50 years 2.Surgical menopause 3.Subjects suffering from systemic illness like diabetes mellitus, arthritis.
