Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI 18 to 35 Unexplained infertility Dysovulatory infertility Mild to moderate male factor (TMSC greater than 3 million) Grade 1 and 2 endometriosis Cervical factor infertility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous ovarian surgeries hemorrhagic cysts, follicular cysts, dermoids, or endometriomas larger than 3 cm Grade 3 and 4 endometriosis AMH less than 1.2 Greater than 10 years infertility deeply situated ovaries in whom ovarian flow is not accessible couples with severe male factor Bilateral tubal block. Drop outs and loss to follow up.
