Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical symptom of Manyasthambha such as Sthambha (stiffness) and Ruja (pain) in Manya pradesha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Cervical fracture, Dislocation of Cervical vertebra, Chronic diseases (like Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis) and Congenital abnormality like Cervical Scoliosis.

Primary

Expected reduction in stiffness of neck which will be measured using Goniometry scale Timepoint: 7 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected reduction in pain of neck which will be measured using VAS scale.Timepoint: 7 days
