Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children who require anesthesia for contra lateral primary maxillary molars in order to undergo various dental procedures Children who are mentally capable of communicating Children who demonstrated positive or definitely positive behaviour (Frankel s behaviour rating scale) during pretreatment evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are medically and mentally compromised. Children with previous dental experience. Children who require emergency treatment such as abscess, cellulitis and space infection. Children who were categorized under Frankel s negative and definitely negative behavior rating scale. Children with systemic illness or allergic to local anesthesia drug will be excluded.
