Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18 25 years. 2. Adults with no history of shoulder surgery, injury, or neurological disorders affecting upper limbs in last six months. 3. Both male and female participants aged 18-25 years. 4. Participants with different BMI. 5. Participants willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with pain associated with shoulder instability, inflammatory or neoplastic disorder. 2. Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting upper extremity. 3. Having undergone any surgical operation on the upper extremity in the last six months. 4. Participants with any neurological diseases.
