Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant with a Pain score 5 and below in Visual Analog scale(after 24 hours of injury),Contact sport players,Grade 1 & 2 acute ankle sprain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractures and dislocation,Open wounds,Subjects not willing to participate,Grade 3 ankle sprain,Chronic ankle instabilities
