Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA PS- I or II AGE 18-40years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with surgery involving upper alveolar/maxillary resection BMI less than 18 and more than 30 Allergy to LA Pregnant women
