Inclusion criteria: 1. Any symptoms of depression 2. Details regarding family support and health related quality of life

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of physical illness including advanced cancer heart liver kidney failure 2. Dementia and especially abled 3. unable to read and answer the questions
