Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females of 18-26 years History of regular menstrual cycles ranging from 21-35 days and lasting from 3-7 days No evidence of pelvic pathology Diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of gynaecological surgery Irregular menstrual cycles Presence of Polycystic ovarian syndrome Receiving hormonal therapy or suffering from any menstrual disorders Married / Pregnant females Professional athletes Taking oral contraceptives Females on weight loss regimes Uncooperative patient and patient not willing to participate in the study Presence of any condition or any other reason due to which patient is unable to participate in study
