Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients more than 18 years of age admitted to NIMHANS for surgical clipping or coiling of aneurysm 2) Presentation within 72 hours of ictus 3) WFNS 1 and any MF grade
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Presentation beyond 72 hours of ictus 3) WFNS 2 or more
