Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical manifestation of insomnia as a substance withdrawal which will be presented at that time we will diagnosed on the basis of ATHENS INSOMNIA SCALE. 2. Severity level of insomnia according to Athens insomnia scale : (from 7 points to 22 and more points.) 3. Patient having the symptoms of Nidranasha. 4. Patients will be selected randomly, irrespective of gender, economical, educational and marital status. 5 Age between 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from any kind of major systemic illness such as Malignancy, grade 2 HTN, type 2 Diabetes, myocardial infraction, HIV, Tuberculosis (mainly pulmonary) etc. 2. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 3. Patients having insomnia other than substance withdrawal.
