Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients posted for elective surgery under general Anaesthesia and requiring Nasotracheal intubation. 2.Patients consenting to participate. 3.Adult Patients aged 18-50 yrs. 4.Patients belonging to ASA grade I & II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with anticipated difficult airway. 2.MPG 1 is III & IV 3.BMI Grater than 35 kg/m . 4.Pregnancy. 5.Full stomach,nasal deformity.
