Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with non-specific neck pain. NPRS Score above 5. Head re-positioning accuracy test more than 2 degree Willing to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cervical spine instability or fracture Spinal cord injury or compression Peripheral neuropathy or other neurological conditions affecting the upper limb Previous surgery for cervical radiculopathy Severe cognitive impairment or inability to follow instructions Active infection or inflammation in the affected limb Contraindications to physical therapy or exercise (e.g., severe osteoporosis, recent joint replacement) Not Willing to participate in study.
