Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals of age 18 45 years 2. Irrespective of gender, caste and socio-economical status. 3. At least presence of 20 natural teeth. 4. Willing for regular follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having any systemic disease. 2. Four or more decayed teeth.
