Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients of 18 to 60 years of age Patients requiring class I root canal treatment on posterior teeth due to caries and intentional endodontic therapy Teeth with radiographic findings revealing coronal radiolucency involving enamel, dentin and pulp, with or without periapical radiolucency on RVG will be included Radiograph showing secondary caries under an already restored tooth, with the involvement of pulp, will be included A written informed consent will be taken from all the patients and only those patients ready to sign the consent form will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor oral hygiene, severe periodontal disease, malaligned and heavy bruxism resulting in lost physiologic contour, developmental anomaly or pathology or congenital defects, with poor prognosis, open apices, internal or external resorption, fractured roots, re root canal treatment suggested, will be excluded. Pregnant and lactating mothers will be excluded.
