Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players who are playing racket sports for at least three years and three days a week. Participants willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current musculoskeletal pain or injury affecting the shoulder, arm, or upper back. Any Neurological condition that impairs motor function or coordination (e.g., stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc.). Cardiovascular conditions that limit participation in physical activity cardiovascular conditions. Individuals who did not do any regular physical activity, sports or exercise in the last 6 months were considered as sedentary individuals. Any recent injury of upper extremity within 6 months. Any history of upper extremity surgery in past.
