Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Children 0-59 months visiting different OPDs and admitted to the pediatric ward from April 2025 to April 2026 2)The participant s parent who consented and completed the consent process in the study conducted at the different OPDs with the pediatric ward.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with no available documented vaccination records
