Intervention1: Neuromuscular joint facilitation (3 times/week for 4 weeks)(30 minutes per session): Neuromuscular joint facilitation will include: 1. PNF, strengthening with resistance and hold relax

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group between fourty-seventy years. 2 General population suffering from grade II & III Osteoarthritis. (Kellgren -Lawrence grading scale) 3 NPRS equal to or greater than 4 4 Participants willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Open wound around knee area. 2 Any knee trauma or lower limb fracture. (less than 6months) 3 Other musculoskeletal problem (tendon & ligament tear). 4 Rheumatoid arthritis. 5 Any known neurological disorder. 6 Person with psychological problems. (Depression, Anxiety etc.) 7 Severe cardiovascular issues.

1 Pain intensity measured by the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) 2 Functionality measured by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) 3 Static standing balance measured by Single Leg StandTimepoint: At: 1. Pre-intervention at baseline (immediately after recruitment) 1. Post-intervention after 4 weeks (after 12 sessions of intervention)
