Inclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease patients on hemodialysis with left ventricular ejection fraction more than 50 percent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute MI Systolic HF Structural heart disease Pulmonary embolism Active infection Pericardial disease Atrial fibrillation
