Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A) Case Group-Patient irrespective of gender in age group of 18-60 years. B) Control Group-Apparently healthy individuals with no anaemia in age group of 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with haemolytic anaemia. Physiological anaemia Anaemia with other diseases.
