Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All diabetic patients are included with reported symptoms of fatigue or low energy levels, measured using a standardized scale (e.g., Fatigue Severity Scale). The fatigue severity of scale consists of 9 statements where each statement is rated as 1-7 (1 is considered as strongly disagree and 7 as strongly agree). If the diabetic patient has scored 4 or higher it indicates significant fatigue. For this study the patients are selected if the fatigue severity scale score is higher because higher the score is equal to greater fatigue severity.And patients with recent Homoeopathic treatment, patients who have received homoeopathic treatment in the last 6 months and Ability to provide informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Comorbidities like presence of major chronic illnesses (e.g., cardiovascular disease, severe psychiatric disorders) that could confound results. Medication Interference like use of medications or supplements that affect energy levels (e.g., stimulants, certain antidepressants). Pregnancy or Lactation: Pregnant or nursing women, Severe Hypoglycaemia or Hyperglycaemia History of recurrent severe hypoglycaemic events or uncontrolled diabetes (e.g., HbA1c more than 10 percentage). Patients unable or unwilling to adhere to study protocols or follow-up
